This month we talk with Carl Johnson from Pontiac Michigan. He has an interesting work history while he also tells the tale of his father who was a witness to Labor History in Michigan while an employee for Ford Motor Co.

Next we talk with UAW Ford Kentucky Truck Plant Union member Gordon Druien. He outlines his work history and the importance of continuing education. He used his Union Negotiated Tuition Assistance to complete and elevate his degree and work status. Education has paid off for Gord, he tells us his story.

We wrap up the hour and talk with Len Maydwell of Fort Wayne Indiana. He has an interesting and rich history of work in north-east Indiana. He is a military veteran and served in several corners of the globe. Len helps us understand what that work was like and some of the other jobs he did early in his life. Len also talks about his stint as a Local Sheet Metal Workers Union President.
